RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange Process
Exchanges can be made free of charge if done at any of our three exclusive showrooms in Muscat. For exchanges outside of these showrooms, shipping charges will apply.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet all conditions outlined below.
- If the exchanged item costs more than the original purchase, the price difference will be charged. If the exchanged item costs less, the difference will be refunded as store credit to your account.
- If you are based outside the GCC, you will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties in addition to the shipping charges.
Exchange of Damaged Items
All items undergo quality control checks before being dispatched to customers. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately through our customer support team.
- Damaged items will be replaced with the same product, subject to availability.
- If the product is unavailable for replacement, you will receive a full refund
- Items damaged due to wear and tear or improper use will not be accepted for exchange.
Mandatory Conditions for Exchanges
- Items may only be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be sealed and unopened, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products cannot be exchanged for color differences between the item as seen online and in person. Please note that despite efforts to display accurate colors on our website, variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings.
