All our shipments are subject to the policies and terms of our shipping and delivery partners. House of Raydan Perfumes LLC cannot be held responsible for any claims or compensation once the order is confirmed, the recipient is notified, or the customer has received the order, except in the following case:

• Damaged or Defective Items:
  If the received item is damaged or defective, you may request a return through our customer service channels. The item will be inspected, and a return or replacement will be processed as per our Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy.

RETURN POLICY

You may return a product within 14 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original condition with all packaging intact.
• A valid purchase receipt must be provided.

Products that are used, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.
